PodoTodo is a web-based daily planner service operated by markworks that helps users manage their to-dos, schedules, and repeating events.
PodoTodo is intended for users aged 14 and above. A Google account is required.
Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis and are processed through Paddle.
Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Renewal charges are billed before the current period ends.
You can delete your PodoTodo account at any time directly within the app (operator: markworks).
How to delete:
Data removal: Upon deletion, all your personal data — to-dos, schedules, categories, comments, contacts, blocked people, account profile (name and email), and calendar settings — is immediately removed from our active database (Firebase Firestore). Encrypted backups are automatically purged within 30 days.
Shared events: Events you created and shared are deleted for everyone on them, together with their comments — an event cannot be left without an owner. Events other people shared with you are not deleted; you are simply removed from them, and comments you wrote there remain with the people who stay.
Retained data: Payment records, if any, are retained for 5 years as required by Korean commercial and tax law. Anonymous aggregated logs (e.g., crash reports) may be retained for service improvement and contain no personally identifiable information.

An event can be shared with people you invite by email. Only someone who accepts an invitation can see the event, and an event carries at most 10 people. Everyone on a shared event can write comments on it.
You are responsible for what you write. The following are not allowed anywhere in PodoTodo, including in comments and event titles:
Zero tolerance. markworks does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. We review every report and, within 24 hours, remove content that violates these terms and suspend or terminate the accounts responsible.
How to report: tap an event, then tap Report beneath the comment in question and choose a reason. The report reaches the operator only — the person you report is not told, and cannot see that a report was made.
How to block: after reporting you are offered the option to block that person, and you can also block someone at any time from Contacts in the menu. A blocked person can send you no further invitations. Events already shared with them are left as they are, so blocking never removes anything from your own list without you asking.
Comments live with the event they belong to. Deleting an event deletes its comments for everyone; leaving a shared event leaves your comments with the people who remain.
PodoTodo is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from the use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Free users may see ads served through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to display interest-based ads. You can opt out of personalized ads at Google Ads Settings.

PodoTodo does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. You will continue to have access to Premium features until your current period ends.
Payments are processed by Paddle as our authorized reseller. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

이용자는 언제든지 앱 안에서 직접 PodoTodo 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다(운영자: markworks).
탈퇴 방법:
삭제되는 정보: 탈퇴 시 투두, 일정, 항목, 댓글, 연락처, 차단 목록, 계정 프로필(이름과 이메일), 캘린더 설정 등 모든 개인정보가 운영 중인 데이터베이스(Firebase Firestore)에서 즉시 삭제됩니다. 암호화된 백업본은 30일 이내에 자동으로 파기됩니다.
공유 이벤트: 이용자가 만들어 공유한 이벤트는 댓글과 함께 참여자 모두에게서 삭제됩니다 — 주인 없는 공유는 남기지 않습니다. 다른 사람이 공유해 준 이벤트는 삭제되지 않으며 이용자만 빠지고, 거기에 작성한 댓글은 남은 사람들에게 그대로 남습니다.
보관되는 정보: 결제 기록이 있는 경우 상법 및 세법에 따라 5년간 보관됩니다. 익명으로 집계된 로그(예: 오류 리포트)는 서비스 개선을 위해 보관될 수 있으며, 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 포함하지 않습니다.

이용자는 이메일로 초대한 사람과 이벤트를 공유할 수 있습니다. 초대를 수락한 사람만 이벤트를 볼 수 있으며, 한 이벤트에는 최대 10명까지 참여할 수 있습니다. 공유 이벤트에 참여한 사람은 모두 그 이벤트에 댓글을 남길 수 있습니다.
작성한 내용에 대한 책임은 작성자에게 있습니다. 댓글과 이벤트 제목을 포함해 PodoTodo 안 어디에서도 다음 내용은 허용되지 않습니다.
무관용 원칙. markworks는 부적절한 콘텐츠와 이를 게시하는 이용자를 용인하지 않습니다. 접수된 신고는 모두 검토하며, 24시간 이내에 본 약관을 위반한 내용을 삭제하고 해당 계정의 이용을 정지하거나 해지합니다.
신고 방법: 이벤트를 누른 뒤 문제가 되는 댓글 아래 신고를 누르고 사유를 선택합니다. 신고는 운영자에게만 전달되며, 신고당한 사람에게는 알려지지 않고 신고가 있었다는 사실도 확인할 수 없습니다.
차단 방법: 신고 직후 해당 이용자를 차단할지 묻습니다. 메뉴의 연락처에서도 언제든 차단할 수 있습니다. 차단한 사람은 더 이상 공유 초대를 보낼 수 없습니다. 이미 함께 보고 있던 이벤트는 그대로 두므로, 차단이 이용자 본인의 목록에서 무언가를 임의로 지우는 일은 없습니다.
댓글은 그것이 달린 이벤트와 함께 있습니다. 이벤트를 삭제하면 댓글도 모든 참여자에게서 함께 사라지고, 공유에서 나가면 작성한 댓글은 남은 사람들에게 그대로 남습니다.
PodoTodo는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스 중단, 데이터 손실, 서비스 이용으로 인해 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 약관은 사전 고지 후 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 이 페이지에 게시됩니다.
