Frequently asked questions about Podo Todo.
Podo Todo is a web-based daily planner. A to-do list, a monthly calendar and a daily schedule sit side by side in a single clean interface. Works on any device with a browser.
Yes. The free plan holds up to 100 events and includes categories, repeating events, the calendar and schedule, real-time sync, 3 themes, and 9 languages.
No. Podo Todo works in your browser. You can add it to your home screen on mobile for an app-like experience (PWA).
Yes. Your data is saved locally on your device. Signing in with Google enables real-time sync across multiple devices.
Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase with encryption. Podo Todo only accesses the data necessary to provide the planner service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Yes. Podo Todo supports Google Calendar backup. Your events are saved to a dedicated "Podo Todo" calendar in your Google account.
Go to Settings (gear icon) > Account > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed.
Click the event — in the list or on the schedule — and the same edit popup opens. Delete is in that popup too.
Click the circle at the left of a list row, or double-click the block on the schedule timeline.
Drag an event to change its time. Drag the bottom edge to adjust its duration. Dragging an event onto a calendar day moves it to that date.
Podo Todo asks whether the change applies to that one occurrence, to that one and everything after it, or to the whole series. Cancel leaves it untouched.
No. A repeating event counts as one, however often it occurs and however many times you adjust individual occurrences.
The start date decides where the event appears on the calendar and schedule. The deadline is shown as a separate marker, and for a repeating event it is also the date the repetition stops.
Anything past its date and still unfinished collects in the Overdue section at the bottom of the list. Drag it back up to reschedule it to today.
All modern browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on both desktop and mobile.
Premium ($2/month or $7/year) unlocks: unlimited events, search, auto backup, and an ad-free experience.
You can still view, edit and complete everything — only creating new events is paused. Deleting events you no longer need frees the slots again, and the app offers to clear completed ones for you.
Click the Premium tab in the app and select monthly or yearly. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.
Cancel via the subscription management link in your confirmation email, or from the Premium section in Podo Todo's settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Paddle supports credit/debit cards, PayPal, and various local payment methods depending on your region.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Google account on all devices. Check your internet connection. Try refreshing the page.
Ensure you've allowed notifications in your browser settings. Set a reminder time (5m, 10m, 15m, 30m, or 1h before) when adding or editing an event. An event needs a date and a time for a reminder to fire.
Try clearing your browser cache, or open Podo Todo in an incognito/private window. If the issue persists, contact us.
