Collo is a web-based all-in-one daily planner. It combines to-dos, schedule, routines, and top 3 priorities in a single clean interface. Works on any device with a browser.
Yes. The free plan includes up to 12 to-dos per day, 12 routines, 3 AI requests per day, schedule, Top 3 priorities, real-time sync, 3 themes, and 9 languages.
No. Collo works in your browser. You can add it to your home screen on mobile for an app-like experience (PWA).
Yes. Your data is saved locally on your device. Signing in with Google enables real-time sync across multiple devices.
Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase with encryption. Collo only accesses the data necessary to provide the planner service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Yes. Collo supports Google Calendar backup. Your schedules and routines are saved to a dedicated "collo" calendar in your Google account.
Go to Settings (gear icon) > Account > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed.
Double-click (or double-tap on mobile) any to-do or routine item to open the edit popup.
Double-click (or double-tap on mobile) an event on the schedule timeline to toggle its completion status.
Drag an event to change its time. Drag the bottom edge to adjust its duration.
Powered by Google Gemini, the AI provides to-do recommendations, routine suggestions, schedule optimization, and weekly productivity reports based on your data and guidelines.
All modern browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on both desktop and mobile.
Premium ($2/month or $7/year) unlocks: up to 48 to-dos per day, 48 routines, unlimited AI, search, auto backup, and ad-free experience.
Click the Premium tab in the app and select monthly or yearly. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.
Cancel via the subscription management link in your confirmation email, or from the Premium section in Collo's settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Paddle supports credit/debit cards, PayPal, and various local payment methods depending on your region.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Google account on all devices. Check your internet connection. Try refreshing the page.
Ensure you've allowed notifications in your browser settings. Set a notification time (5m, 10m, 15m, 30m, or 1h before) when adding or editing a to-do or routine.
Try clearing your browser cache, or open Collo in an incognito/private window. If the issue persists, contact us.
